Duties:

  • Handle various commercial real estate matters, including transactions, leasing, lending, development, and zoning.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide detailed analyses of real estate issues.
  • Advise clients on real estate transactions, compliance with laws and regulations, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate professionals, and other attorneys to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and real estate disputes.
  • Manage multiple cases and transactions efficiently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations across Missouri, Illinois, and Ohio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate law within a law firm setting.
  • Transactional experience in commercial real estate law, including real estate transactions, leasing, lending, development, and zoning.
  • Valid Missouri, Illinois, or Ohio law license.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
