Duties:

  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and agreements, and handle discovery processes.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, offering clear and effective arguments.

Requirements:

  • Proven litigation experience, particularly in family law.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
