Duties

  • Represent clients in pretrial hearings and court proceedings, presenting arguments to judges and juries.
  • Negotiate settlements and advise clients on the most effective resolution of disputes.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to structure, draft, and review legal documents.
  • Assist with the development of company policy and legal strategies.
  • Manage administrative functions related to the practice of law and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or related fields.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
