Duties:

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • Admission to practice before the USPTO.

Education:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
