The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, demonstrated legal abilities, and experience in the insurance field. This role requires superior writing and research skills, with a proven ability to manage complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and expertise in insurance-related matters, including coverage disputes, policy interpretation, and claims handling.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents such as briefs, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Advise clients on insurance coverage issues and assist with litigation strategies.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
