Duties:

• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' interests in settlement discussions.
• Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and effective case progression.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and solutions.
• Attend court proceedings, mediations, and administrative hearings as required.
• Stay current on developments in workers' compensation law and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Proven experience handling Industrial Commission hearings.

Education:
