Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly motivated and client-oriented Concierge/Intake Attorney to join its team in Newport Beach, California. This full-time, in-person role offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients, overseeing case management, conducting consultations, and ensuring clients are paired with the best attorneys to meet their needs. While experience in family law, personal injury, employment law, probate, or estate matters is preferred, the firm will provide training to the right candidate.

Duties:

  • Conduct phone consultations with potential clients on demand.
  • Gather critical information from clients, identify issues, and evaluate financial resources.
  • Work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Set up new clients in the firm's case management systems.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure effective case strategy and assignment to appropriate attorneys.
  • Maintain a high standard of client service, ensuring all clients receive exceptional care and attention.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or partners.

Requirements:

  • Active membership in the California Bar.
  • 5+ years of legal experience.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Commitment to outstanding client service and relationship management.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • An active member of the California Bar.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
