A law firm seeks a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join its team in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role focuses on defending personal injury and construction defect cases. Duties

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on insurance defense preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to independently manage case files from inception to resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional legal research and persuasive writing abilities.
  • Interest in building client relationships and expanding the firm’s network.
  • Trial experience is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Utah.
