  • Prepare for and participate in mediations, trials, and depositions.
  • Negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in court.
  • Work closely with supervising attorneys to ensure effective case handling.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in assessing the value of personal injury claims.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
