• Prepare various legal documents, including discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and medical composites.
• Utilize computer programs and document management systems to enhance job performance and efficiency.
• Organize and electronically maintain case files to ensure accurate and accessible record-keeping.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Proven experience in workers' compensation law with a strong track record of successful case management.

Education

• J.D. from a recognized law school accredited by the American Bar Association.

Certifications

• Membership in the Florida Bar.
