Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
  • A West Virginia license is a plus.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a law firm environment, preferably with a focus on litigation.
  • Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:
