Duties:

  • Represent clients in legal disputes involving business transactions, contracts, and employment issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business clients through proactive communication and support.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business law, particularly in areas such as business formation, acquisitions, contracts, and employment law.
