The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn new legal topics as needed. Duties:Work with the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Real Estate practice groups.Collaborate effectively with large working groups as part of a transaction team.Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with partners, associates, and support staff.Manage multiple matters and tasks simultaneously, completing them efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner.Draft and negotiate a wide variety of transaction documents.Develop expertise in M&A transactions and general corporate matters.Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of real estate financing, if needed. Requirements:Law Degree (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.0-3 years of prior law firm transactional experience.Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of Missouri.Demonstrated interest in M&A and general corporate practice.Knowledge of finance and tax is a plus.Background or interest in real estate transactions is a plus.
