Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to join a growing law firm in Pleasanton, CA. This hybrid position is ideal for candidates who are committed to providing high-quality legal services in family law. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support issues.
• Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and ensure successful case outcomes.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in family law preferred.

• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in California.
