This position involves managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution, providing legal guidance, and representing clients in various legal settings. Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support throughout the personal injury case process
• Handle personal injury files from beginning to end, ensuring all case plans are prepared and maintained
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, expert witnesses, and other parties to gather essential information
• Review and summarize medical records and legal documents
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions
• Draft, review, and modify legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery responses, and demand letters
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve favorable, cost-effective resolutions for clients
• Monitor the financial aspects of cases
• Maintain an organized, paperless case management system
• Provide ongoing updates and legal counsel to clients
• Execute Attorney-Client Contracts as required
• Manage new client inquiries and cases as they arise

Requirements:

• Valid Bar license in the state of Arizona
• Proven experience in personal injury law
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using case management software and digital tools

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active Bar license in Arizona required
