Duties:

  • Lead and mentor a team of paralegals, offering guidance in case preparation and management.
  • Conduct client consultations to discuss case strategies and treatment options.
  • Draft and review demand letters, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all documentation.
  • Audit case files for compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain a personal book of business, building relationships within the community and legal field.
  • Participate in firm marketing efforts to attract new clients.
  • Stay updated on personal injury law developments to provide informed legal counsel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor legal support staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Experience with case management software and legal research tools.
  • Marketing experience and a book of business are highly desirable.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license. Licensure in multiple states is a plus.
