Duties:

• Draft and negotiate loan documents and agreements.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in real estate and asset-based lending.
• Proven experience representing developers in real estate transactions is a plus.
• An active member of the New York State Bar.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
