Duties

  • Develop and implement both domestic and international estate planning strategies.
  • Prepare and draft complex legal documents, including wills, trusts, and ancillary agreements.
  • Facilitate the creation and structuring of international business entities for asset planning purposes.
  • Conduct AML/KYC and due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor solutions to their unique wealth management needs.
  • Stay informed on international tax laws and provide related guidance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in estate planning and wealth management law.
  • Expertise in drafting a variety of estate planning documents.
  • Familiarity with international business structuring and related regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working with AML/KYC and due diligence requirements.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation (required).

Certifications

  • Active membership with the Florida State Bar (required).
