  • Lead and handle litigation from inception to trial, providing expert legal advice and representation.
  • Take depositions, draft legal pleadings, and engage in discovery processes.
  • Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, clients, and colleagues to devise and implement case strategies.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and provide sound legal advice to clients on potential outcomes.
  • Continuously build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense matters.
    • Proven trial experience, with a desire to take on front-line trial responsibilities.
  • Licensing:
    • Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar, in good standing.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency in legal research, drafting motions, and case management.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
