A law firm in Redwood City is seeking a Mid-level/Senior ERISA Associate Attorney with a focus on tax, securities law issues, and incentive compensation plans for public and private companies. The ideal candidate should possess 4+ years of experience and demonstrate strong skills in managing transaction components independently, with additional experience in ERISA, employee benefits, or general employment law matters considered a plus.

Job Duties:

• Manage components of transactions independently and collaborate effectively within teams.
• Provide representation to public and private companies concerning tax and securities law issues linked to equity-based arrangements and incentive compensation plans.
• Offer additional support and guidance in ERISA, employee benefits, or general employment law matters.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience focusing on tax, securities law, and incentive compensation plans.
• Additional experience in ERISA, employee benefits, or general employment law is advantageous.
• Exceptional academic credentials and relevant law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Relevant Bar admission.
