Job OverviewA well-established law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level Project Finance Associate to join its Project & Energy group. This role focuses on energy transition financing, offering the opportunity to work on globally recognized projects in the renewable energy sector. The associate will be involved in complex financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and tax equity structures related to energy transition projects.
