Estate Planning Attorney

Job Duties:

• Meet with prospective clients to discuss their estate planning needs.
• Prepare, review, and execute estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Assist clients with living trust funding.
• Handle all aspects of probate and trust estate settlements.
• Conduct Medicaid long-term care planning, including both emergency and pre-planning strategies.
• Prepare business formations and other related business documents.
• Engage in prospecting and marketing activities to attract new clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in Arkansas or recent July Bar applicants.
• Experience in estate planning, probate, and trust law.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid long-term care planning.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Passion for providing quality service to clients.
