Requirements

  • Membership in the Virginia Bar or eligibility to sit for the bar exam within four months.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia or scheduled to take the Virginia Bar Exam within four months of application submission.
