Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, handling all aspects from pre-trial motions to courtroom litigation.
• Provide legal counsel and develop defense strategies tailored to each case.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other case-related documents.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress.
• Collaborate with legal teams to review case details and formulate defense strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards, ethical obligations, and procedural requirements.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Prior experience in criminal law is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
