A reputable law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join its subrogation and no-fault litigation practice groups. Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in subrogation and no-fault litigation matters
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Assist senior attorneys with case strategy and client communications
  • Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients on case strategies

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience in insurance defense or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and research abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in Michigan (Required)

Skills:
