Job Overview: A well-established law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Fund Finance team within the Finance & Restructuring practice group. This position is ideal for candidates with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, especially those with a background in finance law.

Duties

• Manage and support fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring group.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft a variety of finance-related legal agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for finance transactions.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to provide guidance and updates.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards related to finance law.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, preferably within finance law.
• Strong academic background and research capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the state of residence, in good standing.
