Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Engage in client communications, providing legal advice and case updates.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings, representing clients effectively.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage discovery, pleadings, and depositions.
• Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise legal documents.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage a complex caseload.
• Strong communication skills for working with clients and legal teams.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
