A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and possess a Juris Doctorate or better.

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide legal representation to clients in workers' compensation cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients at workers' compensation hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
