Senior Litigation Attorney (Class Action)

A law firm seeks a skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to contribute to its class action, mass torts, and product liability litigation practice. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong writing background and a passion for managing complex legal challenges. The position does not follow a partnership track.

Duties:

• Develop and draft persuasive legal documents, including motions, memoranda, and briefs.
• Review, analyze, and prepare discovery responses with precision and thoroughness.
• Conduct detailed evaluations of discovery materials to inform case strategy and draft impactful motions.
• Design and prepare deposition outlines to support effective witness examination.

Requirements:

• A minimum of six years of professional experience in litigation, particularly in class action.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting complex legal documents, including discovery responses, motions to dismiss, and summary judgment motions.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale litigation with a strategic approach to case development.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active and current bar admission in the jurisdiction of Georgia or eligibility for admission.
