Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join its team in California. Location:

• San Diego, CA

Duties:

• Work in multiple litigation practice groups, such as business litigation, employment, appellate, general liability, and construction defect.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and gain exposure to a variety of legal matters to help determine the ideal practice group fit.
• Contribute to case strategy, research, writing, and client communication.
• Assist in trial preparation and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
• Participate in a supportive and mentoring environment to help develop legal skills and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background and cultural fit within the team.
• Excellent references and a history of job stability.
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Relevant experience in litigation is preferred but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member of the California Bar in good standing.
