Duties

• Manage case files, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client service.
• Effectively communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements

• Active admission to the State Bar of California.
• 1-2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation cases independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to travel throughout California for court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Commitment to representing injured clients and holding insurance companies accountable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with the State Bar of California.
