Mid-level Business Attorney

A law firm seeks a mid-level business attorney to join its dynamic team in Seattle, WA. This position is ideal for candidates with significant experience in corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and governance. Duties:

• Provide strategic counsel on a variety of business matters, including mergers, acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance.
• Advise clients in a broad range of industries, helping them navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, offering solutions tailored to their needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide high-quality, efficient legal services.
• Manage client projects and business transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.

Requirements:

• Experience in business and corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and governance.
• A strong client base or the ability to develop new business relationships.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity. Membership in the California or Oregon State Bar is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex legal matters while working effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar (or eligibility for reciprocity).
• Additional Bar memberships (California or Oregon) are a plus.
