Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for their litigation practice in Austin, TX. The role involves handling a variety of legal matters, including property owners association law, insurance defense, real estate and business litigation, construction law, and corporate legal issues. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience and be capable of managing diverse cases in a dynamic legal environment.

Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including property owners association law, real estate, business, and construction law
• Handle insurance defense, construction defect litigation, and corporate general counsel services
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, collections, and bankruptcy matters
• Draft and revise corporate governing documents, contractual agreements, and real estate documents
• Manage multiple cases and ensure timely compliance with court deadlines and procedures

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Texas civil litigation
• Knowledge of property owners association law, real estate, business litigation, and construction law
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload and provide legal counsel in various practice areas

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar License (required)
