Job Overview:

The Civil Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution, with a focus on business litigation matters. Duties:

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases, including conducting written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case arguments and strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business litigation.
• Membership in the California State Bar.
