Associate Attorney - Administrative Law

A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join their team in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Duties:

• Represent clients in virtual hearings before various government agencies, including the CIA, NSA, DoD, TSA, and others.
• Prepare and draft legal documents for clients concerning security clearance and military-related matters.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to establish and maintain rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must have 2 years of experience

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
