• Participate in depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing comprehensive reports.
• Negotiate settlements and secure trial preparation materials when necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to manage complex legal issues and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software and database management systems.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
