Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in various civil disputes.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on case strategy.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case developments.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and other team members to provide high-quality legal services.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Actively licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation (preferred).
• Proficiency with legal technology and case management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced workload and meet deadlines.
• A client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New Jersey State Bar license.

Skills:

• Civil litigation experience (preferred).
