Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team in San Antonio, TX. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment, combining both in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of family law experience in Texas and a passion for practicing law in a specialized field. The attorney will manage family law cases from inception to resolution, provide superior client service, and work with a team of legal professionals. Location:

Duties:

  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
  • Provide superior client service, including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases.
  • Manage performance metrics and track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents.
  • Represent clients in family law hearings and courtroom settings.
  • Participate in mediation and consults.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements to practice managers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of family law experience in Texas.
  • Texas State Bar license for at least 2 years.
  • Research and writing skills.
  • Interest in conducting hearings, mediation, and client consultations.
  • Energetic, motivated, and highly organized.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the Texas State Bar.

Skills:

  • Proficient in TXDoc, Clio, or similar client management and drafting software.
  • Strong MS Office or Google Suite skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
