This mid-sized firm has a substantial corporate practice with a heart. While these attorneys practice in every area, the best work here is being done at the corporate stage. Don't look for the huge mergers and acquisitions here, though. Do look for growing or just forming corporations to credit their early success to this law firm, which is flexible in handling corporate and transactional issues facing small or young companies. With a lot of support for associates to publish and contribute to the legal community, lawyers here are valued outside just billable hours, which provides an academic and friendly atmosphere.
