Duties:

• Drafting and filing legal pleadings
• Managing discovery processes and resolving disputes
• Preparing and arguing motions, including claim construction
• Assisting in trial preparation and appeals
• Managing complex cases throughout all stages of litigation
• Collaborating closely with teams on strategic case management

Requirements:

• Admission to the state bar is required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in patent litigation, with a preference for 5-8 years of experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act, medical device patents, or chemical patents
• Proficiency in both Federal district court litigation and IPR proceedings
• Strong background in managing complex cases and discovery processes
• Experience handling a range of litigation tasks from pre-trial to post-trial
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Education:

• An undergraduate degree in a life sciences discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering

Certifications:

• State Bar Admission required (must be in good standing)
