A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Workers' Compensation Department in Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in handling workers' compensation cases.   • Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions and seminars to continually develop legal knowledge.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to advocate effectively in a legal setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
