Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their best interests carefully.
• Assess potential new cases by analyzing and reviewing key facts.
• Follow established legal procedures and internal office protocols to support clients during medical treatment.
• Negotiate personal injury settlements and oversee the process of finalizing settlement agreements.
• Take on leadership responsibilities and actively contribute to team collaboration.

Requirements

• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar or pending Character & Fitness approval.
• Previous experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases (preferred but not required).
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively and write clearly.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to address complex legal issues.
• Professional demeanor with sound judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness approval.
