Duties:

  • Collaborate directly with a shareholder on insurance coverage, first-party property, and warranty litigation matters.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advice.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and legal advice based on a thorough analysis of cases and applicable laws.
  • Maintained and organized case files, ensuring all documentation was accurate and up-to-date.
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of legal experience, preferably in insurance coverage or related fields.
  • Demonstrated interest in working on insurance coverage, first-party property, and warranty litigation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal information.
  • Excellent writing skills with experience drafting legal documents and briefs.
  • Effective research capabilities, including familiarity with legal research tools and methods.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
