Duties

  • Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate and transactional matters, ensuring tailored solutions for clients.

  • Manage and develop business for the firm by growing current client relationships and attending business development events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or willing to obtain admission.
  • Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Strong understanding of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and business contracts.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain admission.
