  • Collaborate with other lawyers, including transactional attorneys, to provide clients with comprehensive legal solutions
  • Work on high-profile cases with top-tier clients
  • Develop legal strategies while understanding and considering clients’ business objectives
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, balancing both legal and business considerations
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, business-savvy mindset
  • Ability to handle complex litigation matters with minimal supervision
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Hawaii (preferred but not required; assistance provided to candidates preparing for the Hawaii Bar Exam)

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Bar membership in Hawaii preferred, but not required. Assistance provided to candidates preparing for the Hawaii Bar Exam.
