Requirements:

  • 2-10 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianship law.
  • Strong research and writing skills with an interest in courtroom hearings and mediations.
  • High energy and motivation to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Familiarity with Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Clio is preferred but not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Texas Bar license, with a minimum of 2 years licensed practice in Texas.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in estate planning, probate, and guardianship law.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and client communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
