Duties:

• Handle transactional, business, tax, and estate planning matters.
• Assist in the formation of business entities.
• Provide counsel on corporate governance and tax issues.
• Develop strategies for business succession planning.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Create comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth individuals.
• Oversee probate and trust administration processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in transactional, business, tax, and estate planning fields.
• Knowledge of business entity formation.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and tax laws.
• Understanding of business succession planning techniques.
• Proficiency in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Expertise in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Admittance to the California Bar.

Education:

• LLM is tax-preferred.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the California Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
