Job Overview:

A respected law firm in Upper Bucks County is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its team. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse cases, including civil litigation, with clients across Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Lehigh, and neighboring counties. The role is ideal for an attorney looking to develop their litigation skills and gain hands-on experience managing cases from pleadings through trial, arbitration, or mediation. Hybrid flexibility may be available after 90 days of employment.

Duties:

  • Handle civil litigation matters from initiation to resolution

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on various legal matters

  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)

  • Experience in municipal law or as a judicial law clerk is a plus

Education:
