The candidate will work closely with an attorney whose practice focuses on construction accidents, product liability, and other catastrophic injuries. This role requires exceptional writing and organizational skills, as well as the ability to conduct thorough legal research.

Duties:

  • Draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal briefs, memos, and documents for various cases, with a primary focus on construction accidents, product liability, and catastrophic injuries.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and provide sound legal opinions.
  • Review and analyze extensive legal documentation, statutes, regulations, and precedents to build strong legal arguments.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in Pennsylvania.
  • 1-6 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation, personal injury, or related areas.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality legal documents.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal research using various databases and resources.
