• Participate in expert discovery, scientific analysis, and trial preparation

• Engage in strategic discussions and help develop case theories

• Coordinate with national co-counsel and client teams on litigation milestones

• Handle key discovery tasks and client updates

Requirements

• 0–3 years of litigation experience, ideally in complex commercial or intellectual property litigation

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment

• Strong interest in hands-on litigation experience and high-level strategy work

• Commitment to professional growth in a boutique, high-stakes litigation setting

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Illinois State Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
